This website provides information on planning proposals for self-build and custom housing on Land east of Loughborough Road, Ruddington.

Following this consultation it is intended that a planning application will be submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council, where Local residents will have a further opportunity to comment as part of the formal planning process.
